his summer, Hillside Christian Church was transformed into Treasure Cove, the perfect getaway for Vacation Bible School! It featured beaches with real sand, buried treasure, two boats, and approximately 100 children every night. Its main treasure was the love and joy found in our Lord Jesus Christ. s usual, the missions project was a big success, with boys versus the girls and the "sliming" of various adults if certain levels were reached. All goals were reached, as you will see in the pictures! Proceeds of over $2,000.00 went directly into outreach funds for the Life Spring Christian Church planting in Springfield.
